A three-tier life coaching offer lets each person step in at their own pace: an accessible first step to discover you, a short programme to experience real change, and full coaching for those who want to go all the way. Each tier prepares the next, without pressure.
Why a single offer holds people back

When you only offer a three-month programme, you ask someone who just discovered you to make a big leap at once. Some do. Many others follow you, like you, and stay on the sidelines because the step is too high.
A tiered offer organises what you sell into levels of commitment, from light to deep, so everyone finds an entry point that fits. For a life coach, it is also the simplest way to bring people into your community without discounting your main coaching.
The three tiers of a life coaching offer
Tier one: taste your method. A recorded workshop, a short practical guide, a group session, priced roughly between €27 and €97. Its role is not to pay your bills but to give someone a first breakthrough with you at low commitment.
Tier two: real change on one topic. A short programme of a few weeks focused on one question: rebuilding confidence after a breakup, preparing a career change, setting boundaries. Roughly €300 to €800. The person gets a concrete result and discovers what being coached by you feels like.
Tier three: full coaching. Several months of one-to-one support, contact between sessions, deep work on the transition the person is living. From €2,000 upwards. This is your core work.
A three-tier life coaching offer does not multiply your workload: it simply opens several doors to the same coaching.
How do you help someone move up?
- End each tier with an open question about what shifted and what remains.
- Present the next tier as a continuation, not a sales pitch.
- Stay in touch between tiers through your community, so people return when ready.
- Optionally credit the previous tier's price to make the move easier.
Mistakes to avoid
Three unrelated offers: each tier should address the same problem at a different depth. Overloading tier one so it solves everything. Underpricing tier three to look accessible, when accessibility is the job of the first two tiers.
A three-tier offer turns hesitant followers into people who move forward, one step at a time.
