You can launch a women's wellness coaching business in 30 days if you make one decision per week: who you serve, what you offer, where people find you, and who you tell. The goal is not a perfect practice. The goal is an open practice that receives its first enquiries.
Why wellness coaching launches stall

A launch plan is a short sequence of decisions that lets you open before everything is solved. Without one, every question leads to another and the opening keeps moving back. You have finished your training as a sophrologist, energy practitioner or wellness coach. You know how to support people. Yet your evenings go into comparing logos, rewriting your bio or taking one more course before you start. Those weeks feel productive, but nobody knows you exist yet.
Week 1: decide who you open your practice for
Write one sentence describing the person you want to support and the moment she is going through, for example people exhausted by a heavy period who want to sleep well again, or people returning to work after having a baby who no longer recognise themselves. The sentence is not final; it helps you decide everything else. End of week: the sentence is written and read by two people you trust.
Week 2: set one simple offer and its price
One offer is enough to open. A program of a few weeks with a clear goal beats a menu of ten services. Describe the starting point, the destination in concrete words, the number and rhythm of sessions, and what happens between sessions. Then price the whole program, not single sessions. A wellness practitioner who sells a program from day one avoids having to resell every session. End of week: your offer fits on one page with its price.
Week 3: one place where people can find you
You do not need a full website. You need one page where an interested person understands what you do and can reach you: your sentence, your offer, your photo and a way to book a first conversation. Add online booking, or at least contact details that get a fast reply. End of week: the page is live and you have tested the booking yourself.
Week 4: announce your opening to people who know you
Your first clients usually come from your wider circle: former colleagues, school parents, neighbours, people from your training. They may not become clients, but they know someone who could. Write a personal message rather than an advert: what you are opening, for whom, and what you are asking. Send it one by one to around thirty people, then post the same news where you are already present. End of week: your opening is announced and your first conversations have started.
After the 30 days
Your practice is open. What comes next is shaped by real reactions: the questions people ask, their hesitations, the words they use. Women's wellness coaching becomes clearer by coaching, not by preparing. Keep the same rule: one decision a week, one visible result.
