A life coach can present their coaching inside their group without tiring anyone: by announcing a few precise enrolment windows, telling real stories of change, and keeping the rest of the time for helping. Members know when you are offering, and the rest of the time they know they can simply grow.
The life coach's dilemma

You built your community: a group, conversations, people who come back. But when it comes to mentioning your paid coaching, you freeze. You fear looking like you only wanted to sell. So you hardly mention it, and nobody knows you take clients.
Other coaches slip an offer under every post. Members tire, comment less, then leave.
Presenting your offer without wearing out your group means organising moments of invitation so they are expected, clear and rare, rather than constant or absent.
Enrolment windows instead of constant selling
- Announce the date. On the 15th, I open three places for spring coaching. Interested members prepare; others do not feel targeted.
- Explain for a few days: who it is for, what happens week by week, what it asks, the price. Answer questions publicly, since one person's question is often on many minds.
- Really close. When places are filled or the date passes, close, and the group returns to pure help.
A life coach who opens coaching in announced windows sells more calmly, because members know the rest of the time nothing is being sold to them.
What to post between windows?
- Concrete help: a thought-provoking question, a short exercise, a detailed answer to a shared situation.
- Stories of change, with clients' consent and without a sales link.
- Behind the scenes: how you prepare a session, why you ask a certain question.
- A quiet permanent mention: a pinned description of your coaching.
A life coach's group does not have to choose between helping and selling: regular help makes the invitation feel natural when it comes.
Mistakes that wear out your group
Opening without notice, then pushing daily. Opening too often, until windows lose meaning. Pitching to someone sharing distress: respond as a human first, and offer a private conversation later.
Announced, clear, rare invitations keep your group a place of trust and fill your calendar.
