The short version
No analytics scripts, no ad pixels, no trackers. Data is only processed when you provide it voluntarily (booking a call, paying for an audit).

Data processed, purposes and legal bases
Booking a call — identity (first and last name), email, WhatsApp number, questionnaire answers (business situation, declared revenue, goals) and the chosen slot. Purposes: create the appointment, send the email confirmation and calendar invitation, prepare the call, follow up on your request. Legal bases: pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest for follow-up (art. 6(1)(f)).
Paying for the Strategic Audit — payment is processed by Stripe on its own secure pages. Your card details never pass through this website and are never shared with us; we only receive the payment confirmation, your name and billing email. Legal bases: performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and legal accounting obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).
Emails — transactional emails (confirmation, reminders) are sent via Brevo. No newsletter subscription without an explicit action from you.
Server logs — the host records standard technical data (IP address, browser, timestamp) to serve the page and prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are not used to profile you. Rate limiting per IP address protects the booking form against abuse.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Data is never sold or rented, to anyone.
Retention periods
- Prospect data (booking without follow-up): at most 3 years after last contact
- Client data and invoicing documents: 7 years (Dutch tax obligation)
- Technical logs: a few weeks at most, on the host’s side
What is NOT done
- No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag
- No targeted advertising or cross-site tracking
- No profiling, no fully automated decision-making with legal effects
- No selling of data
Security
Encrypted connections (TLS) across the whole site, restricted-access backend, payment delegated to a PCI-DSS-certified provider (Stripe).
Your rights
The GDPR gives you the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]: reply within one month at most. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the authority of your country of residence (the CNIL in France).
This website sets no tracking cookies
No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers dropped when you arrive.
Local storage (localStorage)
The website stores on your device your display language and interface preferences (e.g. the revenue simulator position). These values contain no personal data and no identifier, cannot track you, and are never sent to a server. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Embedded content
YouTube videos — testimonial videos only load if you click their play button. From that click, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. Before the click, only a preview image is shown.
Stripe payment — the Audit payment page opens on Stripe’s website, which uses cookies strictly necessary for payment security (fraud prevention), under its privacy policy.
Outbound links
The booking page (call.bizzyconsulting.agency) and social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) are separate services with their own cookies if you visit them.
Consent
Since no tracker is set before a voluntary action on your part (playing a video, paying), there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or refuse when you arrive here.
Terms of sale
These terms govern the services sold by Héman Toussaint (BIZZY CONSULTING), KVK 42108017, VAT NL005499153B06, Almere, the Netherlands — [email protected].
Services
- Strategic Audit: two working sessions by video call (diagnosis then implementation), prior analysis of your business, strategic plan and 90-day roadmap, WhatsApp support (reply within 24 business hours), 30-day follow-up point.
- Structure and Bespoke programmes: engagements whose scope and price are agreed individually, in writing (quote or contract), before any commitment. These terms apply to them as a fallback.
Ordering and payment
Pricing for each service is given during the diagnostic call and confirmed in writing before any commitment. Payment is then made online via Stripe (card, Apple Pay and local payment methods) or by bank transfer, as agreed. Prices are in euros, all taxes included (Dutch VAT where applicable). The contract is formed when payment is confirmed; a confirmation is sent by email.
Scheduling and delivery
After payment, sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement (Zoom video call). Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice; an unannounced no-show counts as a delivered session. Unscheduled sessions expire 6 months after purchase.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have 14 days from payment to withdraw without giving a reason, by email. If you expressly request that the service starts during that period, a proportional amount for the service already delivered remains due; once the service has been fully performed with your agreement, the right of withdrawal is lost (art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Refunds within 14 days to the original payment method.
No guarantee of results
Services are best-efforts obligations: professional-grade advice and strategy. No revenue, client volume or commercial result is guaranteed — that depends on your market and your execution.
Liability
The provider’s total liability, on any grounds, is limited to the amount actually paid for the service concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and without limitation where the law prohibits it.
Personal data
See the “Privacy” tab. Invoicing data is kept for 7 years (Dutch tax obligation).
Complaints and disputes
Any complaint: [email protected] — reply within 14 days. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence; competent courts are in the Netherlands.
