# Wellness practitioner: a lively group, but no bookings
*Reading time : 6 min · Community · 2026-08-24*
**In short :** Ton groupe de coaching bien-être féminin réagit, commente, remercie, mais personne ne réserve. Le problème vient rarement des membres : il vient du lien entre le groupe et ton offre.

## How this article unfolds

1. The right people — The group description filters out those who are not your ideal client.
2. Your offer's topic — Conversations revolve around the problem your coaching solves.
3. Questions that engage — Naming a lived situation prepares a decision better than a mood check.
4. A visible path — A pinned offer and shared journeys show how to go further with you.

Your women's wellness group reacts, comments and thanks you, yet nobody books. The problem rarely lies with the members. It lies in the link between your group and your offer: who is there, what you talk about, what your questions trigger, and whether the path to your coaching is visible.

## An active group is not a group that moves forward

You post a soothing quote, a question of the day, a breathing exercise. Hearts pour in. Members say it feels good. Yet when you present your programme, almost nothing.

A group that sells is one where members move towards a specific change that your coaching helps them take further. A group that feels good without direction stays pleasant but leads nowhere. For a wellness coach, therapist or energy practitioner, the difference comes down to four links.

## The four links to check

- **Members and your ideal client.** Who is really in your group: other practitioners, friends, passing curious people? Name clearly who the group is for.
- **Group topics and your offer.** If the group covers all of wellness and your programme focuses on anxiety, nobody connects the dots. Conversations should revolve around the problem you solve.
- **Your questions and engagement.** How are you today invites reactions. Which moment this week left you drained, and what would you have liked to do differently invites reflection and names a need.
- **The group and your coaching.** If your offer is mentioned nowhere and never told through real journeys, members do not know they can go further with you.

A wellness practitioner's group sells when it gathers the right people around the problem the coaching solves and clearly shows how to go further.

## How do you fix a group that doesn't sell?

- **Rewrite the group description** in one sentence: who it is for, around which problem.
- **Refocus conversations for a month** on the problem your programme addresses.
- **Change one question a week** from mood check to a question that names a lived situation.
- **Make your coaching visible:** a pinned description, a client journey shared with consent, a personal offer to talk when someone shares a serious difficulty.

## What doesn't help

Growing the group with off-target members. Posting more, when the issue is direction, not volume. Lowering your price, when members still do not know what your coaching changes.

Repair the four links one by one and your community becomes what it should be: the natural path to your coaching.

## Frequently asked questions

**Why doesn't my wellness group bring in clients?**

Often because the link between group and offer is broken: members are not your ideal clients, topics are too scattered, questions invite reactions rather than reflection, or your coaching is never made visible. Each of those links can be repaired.

**How do I turn women's wellness group members into clients?**

Refocus conversations on the problem your coaching solves, ask questions that make members name a lived situation, and make your offer visible through a pinned description and client journeys shared with consent. Offer a personal conversation when someone shares a serious difficulty.

**Should a wellness practitioner grow her group to sell more?**

No. Adding members who do not match your ideal client does not create sales. A small group gathered around the problem you solve, with a clear description that attracts the right people, works better.
