# Wellness Practitioner: What Your Coaching Package Should Include
*Reading time : 4 min · Offer & Positioning · 2026-10-30*
**In short :** Séances, rythme, pratiques entre deux rendez-vous, limites claires : comment une praticienne bien-être compose un accompagnement qu'on achète.

## How this article unfolds

1. Name the goal with your client — Before any session, she says what she wants to feel at the end: that goal is what ties the sessions together.
2. Set the number of sessions and the rhythm — The number follows the nature of the change; the rhythm is weekly at first, then spaces out.
3. Give a practice at every session — She leaves with a short exercise to do at home: the change belongs to her between appointments.
4. Check in halfway through — You look at what has shifted, adjust what comes next, and the offer to continue grows out of that moment.

Your wellness coaching package needs four things: a set number of sessions agreed up front, a regular rhythm, a simple practice your client does between appointments, and a check-in halfway through. Everything else is optional. A client buys a marked path, not a list of services.

## What is a wellness coaching package, exactly?

A wellness coaching package is a series of sessions tied together by a goal your client named herself, with a beginning, an end, and steps in between. A single session brings relief. A package brings change, because it gives the change time and comes back to it week after week.

When you are starting out as a wellness practitioner, the reflex is to describe what you know how to do: sophrology, relaxation, breathwork, energy healing. That is a list of techniques. Your client wants to sleep better, to stop clenching her jaw before every meeting, to find her energy again after burnout. Your package is the journey between where she is and what she wants to feel. Your techniques are the tools you use along the way, not the journey itself.

## What should a wellness practitioner put in the package?

**A set number of sessions.** Your client knows where she is going, and you know what to offer and what to charge. To choose it, look at the change she wants: easing a specific stress takes a few weeks, rebuilding damaged confidence takes several months. The number of sessions follows the nature of the change, not the other way round.

**A regular rhythm.** One session a week at first, then more space between them once she can stand on her own. The rhythm drives the progress: three weeks without seeing each other and the work from the last session has faded. If you let her pick dates at random, the package turns back into a string of one-off sessions.

**A practice between appointments.** A few minutes of breathing in the morning, a notebook to record a tension and what brought it down, a short audio to listen to before sleep. What your client does at home matters as much as what she experiences in your room. It is also what makes her feel the change belongs to her, not only to your hands or your voice. For a women's wellness coach as much as a sophrologist, that home practice is the difference between a client who feels better that day and a client who gets better for good.

**A halfway check-in.** You stop, look at what has shifted since day one, and adjust what comes next. This moment reassures a client who doubts, and it gives you the words to suggest a next step when the package ends.

## What your package does not include, and why to say so

A clear offer also says what it leaves out. Messages at all hours. Sessions that run over because a topic came up at the end. Free sessions for her partner or teenager. Emergency calls on a Sunday night.

You can set a frame without closing the door: «Between sessions you can write to me once a week, and I reply within two working days.» That is a rule, not a wall. A boundary written in black and white reassures a client more than endless availability does. She understands that you hold your frame, so you will hold hers too.

The frame protects you as well. A practitioner who answers everything, all the time, ends up exhausted after a few months and starts dreading her own clients. Your boundaries are part of the quality of your package.

## How do you present this on a discovery call?

In one sentence, then you stop talking. «For two months we meet every week, you leave each time with a practice to do at home, and we check in halfway to adjust.» Your client can picture the path. She can say yes to something she can see.

The price comes next, and it follows the same logic: it is the price of the journey, not a sum of sessions. If you break the fee down session by session, she compares it with the single session offered down the road and the package loses its meaning. Your client is not buying your techniques; she is buying the path you draw for her with them.

And do not say everything. The names of the exercises, the exact order of sessions, the finer points of your method: she will discover them along the way. On the call she needs three markers, not a printed syllabus.

Your package is ready when you can describe it in one sentence and state its boundaries without discomfort. A number of sessions, a rhythm, a practice between appointments, a check-in: that skeleton stands on its own, and your techniques rest on it. If you want to build this offer with someone and present it on calls without hesitating, you can book a call.
## Frequently asked questions

**How many sessions should a wellness coaching package include?**

The number of sessions follows the change your client wants, not the other way round: easing a specific stress takes a few weeks, rebuilding confidence takes several months. Set the number up front and say it out loud: your client is buying a path with a beginning and an end, not sessions one at a time.

**Should a wellness practitioner offer support between sessions?**

Yes, within a frame. A short practice to do at home and one message a week that you answer within two days is enough. Unlimited support exhausts the practitioner and does not help the client more: a clear rule reassures her more than endless availability.

**How do you present a wellness package on a discovery call?**

In one sentence: the length, the rhythm, the practice between appointments and the halfway check-in. Then stop talking and let your client react. She does not need the detail of every exercise or the order of sessions: three markers are enough for her to picture it and say yes.

**Should a sophrologist sell single sessions or a package?**

Both can exist side by side, but the package must be the offer you present first. A single session brings relief once; a package gives the change time and gives you clients who stay. Keep the single session as a way in, not as the heart of your practice.
