# Launch your coaching business in 30 days: the plan
*Reading time : 3 min · Strategy · 2026-06-09*
**In short :** Lancer son activité de coaching ou de consulting n'exige pas un business plan de 40 pages. Ça exige de la clarté sur 5 éléments fondamentaux, un plan d'action sur…

## How this article unfolds

1. Nail the offer on one page — In week 1 you fix ICP, promise, method and price on a single page and list 20-30 prospects.
2. Reach out manually, not online — In week 2 you contact those 20-30 prospects directly to land 8-10 discovery calls, without going public yet.
3. Convert calls into beta clients — In week 3 those 8-10 calls convert at 25-30%, giving you 2-3 beta clients at a discounted rate for feedback.
4. Deliver, then document each iteration — In week 4 you deliver, log every client's feedback, and end up with a sturdier v1.5 offer than day one.

Launching an offer in 30 days is possible. Not by sacrificing quality — but by accepting that version 1 of an offer doesn't need to be the final version. Most consultants spend 3 to 6 months preparing their launch — building the perfect site, writing perfect emails, preparing perfect resources. And during those 3 to 6 months, they have no revenue, no real market feedback, and progressively eroding confidence.

The 30-day launch is a discipline of execution, not a shortcut. It forces you to prioritize the essential, test in real conditions, and learn from market reaction rather than your assumptions. The result: an imperfect but alive offer that generates real revenue and real learnings — far more valuable than deferred perfection.

## The 30-day roadmap

**Week 1 — Foundation (D1-D7):** Define your minimum viable offer: a precise promise, a 5-step method, a launch price, a delivery format. Write a one-page description. Identify 20 to 30 potential prospects in your network or on LinkedIn. Prepare your personalized outreach message.

**Week 2 — Outreach (D8-D14):** Contact your 20 to 30 prospects with your personalized message. Goal: get 8 to 10 discovery calls. Don't publish your offer publicly yet — first clients are found manually, not through inbound.

**Week 3 — Calls and first clients (D15-D21):** Conduct your 8 to 10 discovery calls. With a 25-30% conversion rate, you should sign 2 to 3 beta clients. These beta clients get a preferential rate in exchange for feedback and a detailed testimonial.

**Week 4 — Delivery and optimization (D22-D30):** Launch delivery with your first clients. Collect feedback at each stage. Document what works. Identify priority improvements for the next cohort.

## Indispensable launch elements

- ✦ A one-sentence value proposition (result + timeline + for whom)
- ✦ A delivery space (Zoom for sessions, shared folder or Notion for resources)
- ✦ A payment method (Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer — start simple)
- ✦ An available session calendar (Calendly or equivalent)
- ✦ A client onboarding template (welcome email + resource access + first session booked)

> You don't need a website to launch. You don't need a CRM. You don't need automations. You need a clear offer, a way to communicate it, and a way to collect payment. Everything else comes after.

## After launch: iterate quickly

The real work begins after the first clients. Every session, every piece of feedback, every client result is information to improve your offer. Keep a journal of observations after each client session. After 30 days, you'll have version 1.5 of your offer — already far more robust than version 1.0.

Version 2.0 comes with the second cohort. Version 3.0 with the third. This iterative improvement, guided by real market data, builds the offers that last and the reputations that endure.
