# Life coach: why your premium offer is not selling
*Reading time : 6 min · Offer & Positioning · 2026-09-11*
**In short :** Ton accompagnement premium intéresse, puis personne ne s'engage ? Le prix est rarement en cause. Quatre blocages à vérifier dans ton offre de coach de vie.

## How this article unfolds

1. A promise you can picture — First filter: a friend of your client should be able to say what changes.
2. A narrower audience — You drop everyone for one situation you know inside out.
3. Modest proof — A client story, named stages, your own path: the gamble becomes trust.
4. The right moment — You filter: premium for those ready, an entry door for the curious.

A premium life coaching offer rarely fails because of its price. It fails for four reasons: a promise nobody can picture, an audience that is too vague, no proof that you know the way, and an offer made to people who are not yet ready to change.

## Is price really the problem?

A premium offer is a program over several months, from 2,000 euros, that promises a meaningful change in someone's life. When it does not sell, the reflex is to lower the price or add sessions. That is almost always the wrong move.

When someone says it is too expensive, they often mean something else: I cannot see what I will get, I am not sure it is for me, or now is not the time. A lower price answers none of these. It only makes your offer look less credible. Check the four blocks below before you touch the number.

## Blocks 1 and 2: a vague promise and a vague audience

**The vague promise.** I help you live a more aligned life. Nobody can picture what that changes on a Tuesday morning. A life coaching promise that sells describes something concrete: leaving an exhausting job with a clear plan, rebuilding after a breakup, finally making a decision put off for years. Test it: could a friend of your client say what her life will look like at the end?

**The vague audience.** I help anyone who wants to change their life. Someone investing a significant amount wants to feel that you know her exact situation, her fears and her words. The more precise your audience, the more logical your price.

**A premium life coaching offer sells when the reader thinks: that is exactly what I am going through.**

## Block 3: no proof that you know the way

Someone committing months of her life needs reassurance, not a list of certificates. Show that you have taken someone from her starting point to her destination. When you are new, the signs can be modest: one client story shared with permission, the named stages of your method, your own journey if you lived the same situation, a clear explanation of what happens when progress stalls. Without them, even a great coach looks like a gamble.

## Block 4: a life coach offering at the wrong moment

Your premium offer is for someone on the edge of change: aware, fed up, looking for help. Yet many conversations happen with people who are only curious. For them, a long program is too soon; they first need a smaller step such as content, a workshop or a low-priced entry offer.

Do not lower your premium offer. Create an entry door for the curious and keep the long program for those who are ready. On a discovery call, ask: what makes you look for help now, and not six months ago?

Review your offer page and your last three conversations that went nowhere: which block was there? To run this diagnosis together, [book a call](https://call.bizzyconsulting.agency/).
## Frequently asked questions

**Why is my life coaching offer not selling?**

A life coaching offer usually fails because the promise is too abstract, the audience too broad, there is no proof you know the way, or it is offered to people who are still curious rather than ready to change.

**Should I lower my coaching price if nobody buys?**

Not first. Too expensive often means I cannot see what I will get, or now is not the time. A lower price answers neither and makes the offer look less credible. Clarify your promise and audience first.

**How can a new life coach prove their value?**

A new life coach can share one client story with permission, name the stages of their method, describe their own journey if they lived the same situation, and explain what happens when progress stalls during the program.

**Who should I offer a premium life coaching program to?**

To someone already on the edge of change: aware of the problem, fed up and looking for help now. People who are only curious need a lighter entry point before committing to several months of coaching.
